The worst car crash in the history of Ireland on a narrow road north of Buncrana.
Eight deaths; eight young men, aged 19 to 23, in one car with a designated driver.... Only the driver lives, and an old man on his way home from Bingo, killed.

Small car, and that bodies were thrown clear speaks of the speed they were going at,
We were in Buncrana yesterday, visiting our friends there; it is a close knit, inbred community where everyone knows; is related.
They sat at the table with the newspapers, the front page full of the dead men's photos, telling who they were, who they were related to .. each family known.
There is a thread on boards ie; one local person speaks of hearing the sirens start, to go on for fifteen minutes.
Heart aches for all there; for the rescue services also, with that terrible work that night; the young men will have been known to them also.
Pray for them all, please.
